  • All prices are inclusive of GST

    A Call Out fee of $75 applies to all site visits, with the following exceptions:

    • Properties within 10 km of Castle Hills incur a reduced call-out fee of $50, reflecting a $25 discount.

    • Properties located more than 25 km from Seven Hills may be subject to additional charges for tolls or a per-kilometre rate. Please contact us for further information.

    • The call-out fee is charged for each visit to the site.

    • Costs associated with paid car parking will be transferred to the customer. We request that Visitor Parking be provided where possible.

    • Multiple services may be scheduled for a single call-out, depending on availability.

    • In the event that we are unable to perform all scheduled services during a visit, an additional call-out may be necessary, which will incur an additional call-out fee.

    • Photographic documentation of the property will be conducted as it appears at the time of the booking.

    • Cleaning or decluttering before photography is conducted at our discretion and should not be expected by the client.

    • The property must be prepared for photography and/or videography at the start of the designated booking time.

    • Any necessary retouching may result in additional charges unless otherwise specified. Please contact us for more details.
